Disability Golf Taster Day
DCGU, in partnership with Beamish Park GC, will host a free Disability Golf Taster Session for individuals of all ages with additional needs on Wednesday, 29th October.
The DCGU ‘Framework for Disabled Golf’ is designed to promote disability golf throughout Durham by broadening access and increasing participation.
Beamish Park serves as a central hub for disability golf initiatives in the county. Through this event, golf will be introduced to more people with disabilities, with information provided regarding its physical and mental health benefits.
Individuals with a disability or those who know someone with a disability are invited to attend this session.
