| Competitors must
play with a golf ball and driver that conforms with the |
| approved list
issued by the R&A. |
|
| Competitors
are reminded that this is to be a qualifying Competition in |
| accordance with
the handicap and competition rules. |
|
|
|
|
|
| If
any competitor arrives at his starting point, ready to play, within five |
| minutes
after his starting time, in the absence of circumstances that |
| warrant waiving
the penalty of disqualification as provided in Rule 33-7, |
| the penalty for
failure on time is a two stroke penalty. Penalty for lateness |
| beyond five
minutes is disqualification. |
