| Competitors must play with a golf ball that conforms with the
approved list as issued by the R&A. |

| Competitors are reminded that this is to be a Qualifying
Competition in accordance with the Handicap and Competition Rules. |
|
|

| If
any competitor arrives at his starting point, ready to play, within five
minutes |
| after
his starting time, in the absence of circumstances that warrant waiving the |
| penalty
of disqualification as provided in Rule 33-7, the penalty for failure to
be on time is a two stroke penalty.
